Conrad
Has a lived experience of addiction
My drug use escalated from exploration with friends in my teens to daily cocaine and methamphetamine use by the time I was 25.
At my worst I was experiencing full blown psychosis. I was too scared to leave my bedroom and was unable to show up for life in any capacity.
I lost relationships, friendships, a great job, hundreds of thousands of dollars in assets and I severely damaged my mental, physical and spiritual well-being. I ended up in a residential rehabilitation center at age 36 at complete rock bottom.
This treatment coupled with personalised coaching, exposure to a like-minded community and a holistic approach to mindfulness and health changed my life. Today I lead a life that is filled with deep purpose, fun, connection, and I enjoy deep meaning in my work and personal relationships.
